Return and exchange policy. Contact the store within two days of receiving the shipment. The product must be in its original, clean condition and with all accessories. In case of return, the customer bears 15 riyals of the invoice price. In case of exchange, the customer bears 10 riyals of the invoice value (exchange allowed once per order). DEER store bears all shipping and return costs if the product arrives damaged to the customer or has a significant manufacturing defect or if a different product than the one ordered was shipped. The return amount will be credited to the customer's account or canceled from Tabi in the case of deferred payment. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
